About Time To Teacb
About your Trainer
My name is Kristin McKenzie and I have 8 years of elementary teaching experience. I live in Erie, Colorado and am mom to 11 year old and 12 year old girls. For the past 5 years, I have worked at a Charter School. I was a Kindergarten Teacher for 24 kids, without a Para Professional to assist me. I dealt with many different behavior issues and really lacked a good system to prevent misbehaviors. At the end of the 2016 school year, I decided I needed to take a break from teaching. I knew I wanted to continue in the education field, so finding Time to Teach was a perfect match for me.
I would love to come to your school and help releive your stress by teaching you how to "teach with strength!
Dedicated To Teacher Satisfaction
We are successful because we make teachers successful. We regard it as a privilege to serve teachers and are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure our teachers are 100% satisfied. All of us at Time To Teach gauge our success by our teachers’ success. We judge ourselves individually and collectively based on how our teachers are fulfilling their teaching objectives and how their students are reaching their learning objectives. Based on this commitment, we are proud to have achieved the highest level of teacher satisfaction in continuing education courses anywhere.
We have only one thought in mind when it comes to training teachers, and that is “We will do whatever it takes.”
Ninety-Nine Percent Teacher Loyalty
Ninety-eight percent of attending teachers say they plan to attend another Time To Teach training and ninety-nine percent will recommend our training to other teachers! Why? Because we measure quality not by the inherent success of our programs themselves but by the degree to which those successes meet teacher needs. We teach only those programs that research has told us our teachers want. We also work closely with our teachers, after the training, to refine and enhance their classroom management techniques, and in improving student behavior/performance and feeling tone in their classrooms and schools.
